If there’s just one hot new restaurant to visit, this is IT. Saturne is my favorite restaurant of the moment, as I could eat there every day. The light wood frurniture from Alki, with Serge Mouille luminaries, the wine that eagerly awaits your discovery… there is so much to love about this place. I asked for a Bordeaux, and without saying another word, the server handed me a delicious Bourgogne, “Beaune,” which I adored. And, of course, how can I not mention the food? The young Swedish Swen Chartier plays with different tastes, making you think of different seasons, and how magical a great meal can be.

Little Dragon

Little Dragon is my favorite find of the month. The Swedish group’s third album is a must-listen (though, it’s worth it to note the lead singer is originally from Japan). With a recent collaboration with the Gorillaz, and a song, “Twice,” getting play in the popular TV show “Grey’s Anatomy,” Little Dragon is destined for much more success.
