I’ve got a place in my heart for Fra Angelico, a master artist of the Renaissance, a 15th century Benedictan monk who dedicated himself to religious painting. The Petit Palais reminds us of the artistic side of furniture, featuring 400 photos and 70 pieces of furniture on display from Charlotte Perriand’s. Takeaways are the freedom of spirit, happiness, and the modernism of Charlotte Perriand. One of the most inspiring exhibits is the poster of a naked Charlotte Perriand, wearing gloves and triumphantly towering over a mountain. Hurry over to the exhibition.
